I live very close to this location....so this is the location I buy my products from...I chose to go there on the weekends only, specifically on Sundays as the woman who is usually behind the counter during the week is not there...I have had more than one experience with this personand each and every time, the cycle repeats itself...I have also made my feelings known to her as I find her extremely unhelpful in that you do not feel comfortable approaching her for any type of advice or information on a product or a suggestion....not very approachable, and at times rude...I'm sure they may lose business at this location as a customer will think twice about going back....as for me, I go on a Sunday....I'm sure the owner has been approached a few time with this problematic issue that exists and to date has not rectify this problem in anyway as far as I can see....in this type of business, it matters what type of stock you have, which is great here, however, customer service is where the strength actually lies as people can to to shoppers to get some of the products for half the price, the strength here should be the customer service provided... that is what brings the repeat people back....but then what do I know???

From the heart, being greeted with a smile (from behind a plastic wall) brightens my day. The caring, knowledgeable support has me feeling very special to staff. I speak of the store on Ronson Dr.. I find physical presence superior to not being there.
